"The decision had been taken that the St Clare Hospice branding needed to change; how radical to be we weren’t sure, especially as a small, local charity where spending money on branding is typically seen as a waste of money. Carol stood out immediately from the suppliers we considered for her breadth and depth of experience; for her creativity and originality; and the trouble she had taken to understand the hospice sector and show a genuine care for the cause.
